Yes, it's definitely a good idea. Especially since the archived state
isn't mirrored on GitHub and that's where a lot of people look up our
projects.

I wouldn't say that xwaylandvideobridge has a replacement, but even
the "nobody is working on this anymore" case (which affects that
project too) is good enough to document.

Maybe some boilerplate for standard reasons so that if people are
interested in contributing/reviving it, they are given a pathway to do
so too?
