After installing oxygen-icons the K-menu still doesn't show up with the
default theme. Switch to any other (download new theme via RMB on background,
settings or something like that) and that one will be ok. I suspect by now
that it's a problem with oxygen icons being installed outside the KDE tree,
perhaps.
