That doesn't really help, though. Setting
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/foss/lib
before running okular does help, though. The problem is in
/opt/kde-4.1/lib/kde4/okularGenerator_poppler.so
which does not properly link to libpoppler.so.3 -- it links to everything
*else* and actually the problem is in libpoppler-qt4.so which doesn't set its
RPATH correctly.
So, problem located; now to fix it.
