This set of patches does deterministic dependencies based on the OS (S10, non-S10).
since S10 does not have gstreamer and friends, nor cups, this set of patches fixes some of the dependencies so that qt can build with cups and gstreamer/glib2 (glib2 is too old on S10 and causes gstreamer to fail on the build). The qt.pspc has some modification I got from Stefan a couple of weeks ago, but may not be needed due to fixes in the build/configure scripts... Thoughts?
