For the KDE 4.1.3 packages, I have removed the LD_LIBRARY_PATH setting; we have worked out the remaining issues with /usr/lib sneaking in in inopportune places [*]. [ade] [*] Because we duplicate some packages that are present in OSOL already (generally ones with C++ bindings or where there is no 64-bit build in the default install) we need to be really careful about not pulling in libraries from /usr/lib.
