[kde-discuss] Qt updated to 4.4.0

I've updated Qt to 4.4.0 (release). it builds for me on nv83 amd64, not tested 
in anything else (like, say, S10U4 or on SPARC). You must uninstall the 
existing Qt before compiling Qt 4.4.0 because it picks up the existing headers 
and libs otherwise (this is because our Qt lives in /opt/foss, alongside some 
of its dependencies).
