This is true. I *had* patched up startkde to do the LD_LIBRARY_PATH settings,
then when I thought we had the rpaths down pat I removed it again -- and
re-added it yesterday because clearly the rpaths *aren't* right. I think the
fix is in Makefile.kdesvn, where we can add -R/usr/lib/${ARCH64} -R/usr/lib
to the CMAKE_LDFLAGS.
