I untangled this again, moving libtool before sed and making libtool use old- fashioned (system installed) sed again without the -i option. That seemed like the most straightforward approach to me. As far as I'm concerned, KBE is good again. Remember, if you're building on "something else" than nv70b and need an nv70b machine to test your changes against, there's always dillon and 16 cores of cpu warmth just waiting for your builds -- drop me an email message and an ssh pubkey to get an account on it. Just today I dropped the parallel-build restriction in SPECS so you *can* actually push the load on dillon up to 16 when building packages. Then it doesn't seem to take so long. [ade]
