I've been keeping the upstairs extra warm the past three days building FOSS packages for SPARC on my U45 running S10U5. The BionicMutton download page now has a large number of SPARC packages available. In particular, all the targets under deps-kde-extra (that's one of the targets in SPECS/Makefile, and builds the basic dependencies for KDE plus some that I think are useful, but doesn't do the whole forest of optional dependencies) are there, so you can fetch that stuff and then move on to building KDE itself.
It'll be an hour or more before the last of the deps-kde-extra packages are uploaded, but I thought I'd let y'all know now.
