The KDE 4.1.0 packages have had a few new patches pulled in:

- KWin performance; it no longer eats 60% of a single CPU (earlier workaround 
QT_NO_GLIB no longer needed)

- Konsole ^C issue mostly fixed; you can ^C as long as you don't hammer away 
on that key

With these two fixed I consider KDE 4.1.0 up to base-apps in a releasable 
state, but we should probably go through the updates listed elsewhere to get 
some kind of shippable base packages.

Joep, are you going to look into IPS-ification? I suppose you need a tarball 
of the package directory and the SPEC file then.
