Based on Lukas Oboril's work on KBE and .spec files, KDE4's dependencies are all being .specced up. That means it will be possible to produce packages in a fairly straightforward fashion. These .spec files replace the Build/ stuff that I have been using.
Current plans are to port the things in Build/ first so that it is possible to build KDE4 from SVN against installed packages instead of the kludgily-filled kdesupport that we (I?) have right now. Done: - raptor - redland Not started: - all the rest, which includes things like Qt
