Something Luc^ said on IRC has been nagging me -- where *do* we keep the
sources for all our .spec files? They all have neat little source URLs that
fetch stuff from SF or wherever things are hosted. Why are we checking
sources into CVSDude as well? Do we intend to tar those up and store them
somewhere separately (heck, on the KDE project page on OSOL) for convenience,
or what?

I've added a little machinery to the Makefile in SPECS/ to -- on command --
tar up the checkouts from CVSDude to behave like source packages, but that's
kind of clunky and the structure doesn't quite match what the regularly
downloaded sources would have.
