You can find the entity definitions in the $KDEDIR/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/entities directory, and language-specific ones (like the key entities) in $KDEDIR/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/<langcode> If you want to edit the files in CVS, they live in kdelibs/kdoctools/....
