Thanks for the reports!
All the above fixed, however due to the freeze, they will be held as patches as
usual.
One exception, the installation chapter in the user guide. The current set of
patches (http://people.fruitsalad.org/lauri/doc-patches) is disabling the
entire installation chapter, unless I can come up with volunteers to bring the
entire thing up to date, it's more dangerous than useful right now. In any
case, the bulk of the target audience for this doc already has KDE installed,
and there is much installation information now available on the www site.
