According to the Linux Kernel 2.6 changelog:

http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/ChangeLog-2.6.0-test5

excerpt:
<greg at kroah.com>
        [PATCH] USB: fix up a bunch of copyrights that were incorrectly
declared.

        It needs to be "Copyright (C)" not "Copyright (c)" according to the
lawyers
        who know these things...

Does this apply to us aswell? I've been changing it to (c) for consistency, as
this was more common than (C).

Regards,
Malcolm
