Updated docbook with the necessary changes
Note that I added Setting->Configure Toolbars..., but I did not move the
Refresh Time below Blue Player in the configuration section. This is because
the version of KSpaceDuel (1.1) that I'm using has the Refresh Time slider
above the player areas.
