KDE 4.23 includes a plasmoid called "Internal Extender Container", visible in
the Add Widgets dialogue.
However, there seems to be no user documentation whatsoever for this plasmoid,
and after adding it to the desktop, one isn't any the wiser as to what this
plasmoid might be used for.
