As root, you can create new users using the "Kuser", add the users to the  
Session Manager (KDM) by setting the System UUId of the "Login Manager" 
between 500 and 29999, and set preferences, of language and appearance, e.g., 
in the "Control Center" of the session of each user.
Each user can preserve their passwords and customize the appearance of their 
Desktop.
