[kde-doc-english] Terminal emulator

In the help section it says the "default" terminal location is at the bottom, 
however it does not tell you how to change the default location.  Another 
thing, is there any way to resize the terminal window in Kate?  It would be 
EXTREMELY useful if I could see more than 1/2 dozen terminal lines.  I'd like 
to be able to split the screen at 50% terminal, 50% Kate.   If there's a way to 
do this, please let me know.  I love this editor.
