Installing - KDE Control Module Error

Perhaps the KDE Help Center may want to comment on Error Messages, or better, show how to install additional fonts which have been copied on a hard disk by a user. (The font in the Error message is a non commercial font used for phonetic transcriptions.) best wishes hjn
