I have downloaded kcm_ufw-0.2.1 and can build in branch 4.6.3 compiled from
sources and generate the documentation in kubuntu 10.10 with kde 4.6.2.
As it works for me with two different kdelibs maybe you miss some docbook
stuff.
Do you have libxslt.so, libxml2.so, docbook/schema/dtd/4.2,
docbook/stylesheet/docbook-xsl in your path?
