Very new, actually! We only started working on it a couple weeks ago. ;-) You can find some information about the idea here: http://lists.kde.org/?l=kde-i18n-doc&m=123461844907311&w=2 I should put up a page on TechBase with a status report and to-do list though. Google Code-In students have been documenting the UI portions (and doing an excellent job, I might add), so the most up-to-date look at the status of it currently only exists in Google's system for that. :-/ -T.C.
