Such a link comes from the algoritm to point to that documentation, it does not mean the the documentation is there. When you look at the statistics about this document on http://i18n.kde.org/stats/doc/stable-kde4/team/pl/kdepim/ you will see that kalarm is not fully translated into Polish.
