Hi,

To be honest, it has such option. ;)

Please use Settings -> Configure Dolphin... to open configuration window.
Then choose "Services" as explained in Dolphin official docs:

http://docs.kde.org/stable/en/applications/dolphin/configuring-dolphin.html#preferences-dialog-services

Enter "root" in the search field and install "Root Actions Servicemenu".

Please remember to be careful using your system as root (superuser).

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
Yuri
