In the tarball creation process we have some code that "compiles" the docbooks to index.cache.bz2 by running meinproc.
I have realized that even if the tarballs contain the fail, when i compile the tarball it creates it again, hence my question to the three lists. Does anyone know a reason why we need the files to be pre-created at "release" time? Can we just skip that step while packaging? Cheers, Albert
