Fix usage of &kappname; (aka &kde-sc;) vs &kde; and related fixes Some instances of &kappname;(&kde-sc;) were used to refer to generic functionality of any KDE applications, and on the other side few &kde; instances were used instead of &kappname;. Also the description of the content of "About KDE" has been fixed.
