These are from KDE SC4 times though - it might be nice to talk to the VDG to see whether they can come up with something more KF5-like I'm not sure the licensing was ever explicitly resolved, but I think the clear intent was that they would belong to KDE (formally, KDE e.V.) so probably up to KDE (board?) to define.
