I've used a few times and would offer the following suggestions 1) Your use of symbols is great but your product needs a "Legend" to remind us what these symbols and colours mean. Ideally, this is all the documentation most people will need. Finding the difference between two folders structures or files is somewhat intuitive conceptually.
2) There is so convenient option for finding differing files; that is, files with the same name but different content. Presently, there only seems to be an option for conveniently listing identical files or missing files from one of the directories. 3) Embrace GitHub?
