install-compile.docbook + install-intro.docbook in [lang]/entities are already
marked as deprecated,
they used to be part of the appendix installation, which is removed for all
docbooks switching to kf5

help-menu.docbook is usually replaced with a link to fundamentals, just 14
docbooks in trunk kf5 still have this entity

report-bugs.docbook is empty in lang en since years and only 12 hits in trunk
kf5 (usually in section faq)

update-doc.docbook is useless, stable documentation is always up to date online
+ offline
it is even dangerous, see e.g. https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=372618
