Greetings, Here is my comment:
The help text does not specify if the computer clock will be set to UTC or to local time. And, in fact, I haven't checked for myself yet. There is also no option in the 'Date and Time' applet to allow the user to make this choice.
I see this as an opportunity for improvement for KDE. Steve
