Typo in "list of tags we do not use"

On https://l10n.kde.org/docs/doc-primer/tags-we-dont-use.html#colspec 
the entry for "colspec" actually says "colspect" with an extraneous 
trailing "t".  Not sure where this needs to be fixed, or I'd be happy to 
do it myself.
