Wrong path in doc

Hi,
in https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/applications/katepart/dev-scripting.html
there is an error in Windows paths. There is written that default script
location for windows is %USER%\AppData\Local\katepart5\commands which is
incorrect for version in Windows App Store (19.08.2). The correct path is %
*USERPROFILE*%\AppData\Local\katepart5\*script*\commands.
