SUMMARY
The help center won't work, there is no access to the contents for most of the
chapters, and for the pages just with links to some other pages (like tables of
contents, there are no styles.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the Help button from the System Settings menu (my case: Plasma
Style, but probably from anywhere)
2. Try to get any help page
OBSERVED RESULT
Blank pages and tables of contents with no CSS
