Good to hear all that. Apparently we didn't get a legion of people showing up,
so indeed not many people were needed to staff.

Well, I really think it should build at all time. For this particular circular
dependency issue which keeps popping up and confusing people, I think we
should just force the optional dependency to off in plasma. Opinions?

Well, I'm not sure we can get to a point where they're could be simpler tasks.
We already have fairly easy ones like chasing the Q_WS_* use... And yes it
goes to more complicated tasks but that's to be expected in our crown jewels.
