REVISION SUMMARY As ECM docs are written in reStructuredText format as well as the new version of KDE HIG, having a proper MIME type definition should improve appearance/handling of such files in the UI. TEST PLAN .rst fules are displayed to be of type reStructuredText document in file manager/dialog.
