Are application-specific icons now accessible with QIcon::fromTheme? Think Konqueror favicons in bookmark menu. Also, according to https://api.kde.org/frameworks/kbookmarks/html/kbookmarks-dependencies.html KBookmarks indirectly depends on KIconThemes via KTextWidgets anyway.
