Got this mail today...

I actually don't maintain this port, but it looks like the maintainer (rick at rptn dot net) isn't active anymore. Maybe the port should be removed? It's only causing confusion now, I guess.

Hello. I noticed that the FreeBSD port KGPG, in security/kgpg, is now
outdated. From the KGPG development website
(http://developer.kde.org/~kgpg/), "KGpg has been moved to the
kdeutils package." Indeed, KGpg now resides in the port misc/kdeutils3
(as of 2005/7/1). I'm not sure what action should be taken, but I felt
you should know as you are the maintainer. Thanks.
