It works identical to the ftp kioslave. Make sure you are authenticated. 
Rather than repeat information here, look for a message from 
11/09/2004, that talks about authentication.

Once you have that done, it should be as simple as typing 
"sftp://[EMAIL PROTECTED]" in Konqueror.
