 You've omitted the actual error, which is a missing include from libgsf
 (gsf.h).
 
 This is most probably caused by libgsf's semi-recent move from
 ${LOCALBASE} into ${X11BASE}.
 
 Try: portupgrade -rf libgsf\*
 
 (this should rebuild libgsf and all ports depending on it - this is
 necessary to get the new paths into various *-config utilities queried
 by configure scripts). Afterwards, make clean in koffice and try again.
 Note that you *must* make clean in koffice - the configure script needs
 to run again in order to pick up the correct paths.
 
 You also might want to consider upgrading KOffice itself from a binary
 package instead.
