Primarily because kde@ has been hit by real life (most team members have
had zero time to help out over the last few months, there's only been
lofi working on them) and lack of hardware (the team's build cluster
died which really slows progress down).
Add to that the ports freeze/slush for 6.2 (updating kde is classed as a
sweeping change), and it just hasn't happened yet.
Please, have some patience.
