There are problems with subj, especially if those
characters get into INDEX. There are two problematic
ports right now: kde3-i18n-nb and koffice-i18n-nb.
They have a non-ASCII character ("a" with a ring dia-
critic above). I changed them both to have just "a"
last June, but you've changed them back since then.
