Jerry, I think what you can do to fix this is open up System Settings and go to File Association. Type in "Folder". Find Inode | Directory. On the right side, ensure that Dolphin is at the top. I'm not completely sure this is where you mis-associated cervisia though. The other option is to temporarily uninstall cervisia and you will be able to work until you find the culprit.
