SVN commit 7598 by DragonSA:
Remove kbuildsycoca4 from xdg-env.sh.
Tests have shown that kbuildsycoca4 adds between 10-15 seconds to the boot
time. kbuildsycoca4 is run from ${KDE4_PREFIX}/bin/startkde so there should be
no side-affects (other than speed up) from this change.
If there are any problems relating to this please report it to the list (and
myself). Some possible problems include gnome programs not showing up in the
KDE environment (or even firefox crashes in the "Save As" dialog).
