I suggest simply removing these stale files.
I used som brute force and deleted everyting in /usr/local/lib and
/usr/local/kde4/lib, rebuilt all ports (portupgrade -faO until everyting
built) and then most things run smoothly except I had to do a "make
delete-old" before sessreg-1.0.7 installed.
