It's better to list x11/kdelibs4, so that automated scripts can catch it.

They look right, but you should use package name with portmaster, something
like kdelibs-4\*..

The perfect solution would have been to commit this along with 4.10.5.

Try experimenting with excluding ports with version 4.10.5, something like
`portmaster -r kdelibs-4\* -x \*-4.10.5\*`. Unfortunately I can't test it
right now.
