SVN commit 10666 by aschai: Properly install all package contents
It's been a time since the plist contents were written into the Makefile, and Otter's normal installation procedure installs alot of additional files. As this number of files is rather large, use pkg-plist for recording them. Also, stop overloading the installation procedure and just do a normal installation. Got into this by checking why translation were not being installed, though probably a lot more was missing.
