Create two new ports
* devel/kdevplatform-git
* devel/kdevelop-git
for the git-version of kdeveleop. This is work in progress.
The reason for these is, that this gives us a KF5-kdevelop \o/... hopefully
[I also plan to add kdepim-git, dolphin-git,... -- unless someone stops me
with a (good) reason].
