This is a "let's break some things" commit, to try some stuff out.
--> Move bsd.kde.mk to Uses
KDE ports should (after this commit) use
USES=kde:4 respectively USES=kde:5
and set
USE_KDE=component1 components2 ...
The included bsd.kde.mk should enable ports using the old style still to
be built.
If this is an idiotic endeavour, feel free to revert it, or tell me to do
it...
