PORTS: Remove graphics/kipi-plugin-{googledrive,picasawebexport}.
They were IGNORE'd with the DigiKam 4.12.0 update, when their functionality was
merged into a new plugin, graphics/kipi-plugin-googleservices.
There is no point in keeping them around; instead, remove the ports and set
CONFLICTS_INSTALL in the new one.
