This problem was caught by jhbuild, which use 'pkg-config --modversion
$(pkg-config --list-all | cut -f 1 -d " ")' to get the version of installed
packages:
Package Qt5UiPlugin was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `Qt5UiPlugin.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
